Boonex Footer error in chat

oh, i have this problem too...
for fix it u must find function getParam (line 152 (in my version of script)) in file db.inc.php and add into this function:
if ($param_name=="enable_dolphin_footer"){return false; }

Was there a solution found for this? the addition of the if statement above did not work for me.
