I have been having some issues, just upgraded to 6.0004 today by backing up db and then installing fresh version 6.0004 and then restoring the db.
This has caused my links management area and the hot or not section to be in the sub section of the nav menu.
Not causing errors but I would like it to be gone, and the links I would like to be able to change.
