Cannot view profile photos

I can upload photos but I cannot view them? I can however view original. What gives? I changed the size allowed, amount allowed, and the max height and width.

Provide me via Unity mail URL of your site and test user there, FTP and Cpanel accesses. Also what type of photos you can't view - gallery or profile?
