Chat not working

Fresh new install of 6.1 - finally got the links to work in the nav bar.  I have generated all new licenses for Dolphin, Ray and Orca.  Installed via admin.  Can't get the chat to work.  I am using Boonex RMS base settings.  I have another Dolphin install on another domain, 6.0 version, where the chat works.  I changed the rms settings to the ones that the 6.0 used, still nothing.  Any help?

Web presence works fine.  Thanks!

would like to take a look but it seems that you are not connecting to RMS. are you able to upload videos and music files? if so then ray is working, but RMS is not. let me know.

same problem with me , plz help friend ,when some one tries to chat with messenger its shows offline to user or i try to chat with messenger it shows mystatus offline in messenger , as well as big problem my website profile photos are not showing , galler pics r displaying , plz help friend .
