Come on PEOPLE! (v2)

Hello all,

I wanted to take a few minutes and post a bit of news and knowledge so that possibly some new and old members might understand a bit more about the people that are helping you on this site, and others.

1) Most people are working professionals and have other jobs and families and it is not there sole mission to solve your every problem and your demand.

2)Stop sending emails to us when you havnt even introduce yourself or given us the common respect of saying "hi"

You would be surprised at how many emails I get a day that are people being rude, and just asking and more so telling me to fix there problems.

I for one hit delete if the email message is in this manner.

Why would I help someone if they dont have the time and manners to atleast introduce themselves or take the time to expain the issue.

3) If you want to feel like you are GOD and want to pay for service, PM me and I will send you a list of providers that offer Paid support, and will put up with what ever you want, since your paying for it.

4) along the email lines, I am seeing alot of "newbies" posting email messages to anyone and everyone they come across on the forum that has answered a question, recently I have started to warn and suspend users for doing this.

Posting a question on the forum is NOT about quantity, its about QUALITY!

The more time you put into your questions, and problems, the more time and effort a person will put into responding and assisting you.

It's called respecting each other.

So please take a minute , and before you hit that SEND button, remember that the people you are asking for help dont know you, and your first impression could mean the difference of them just passing over your request, or them taking the time to assist you thru your issue.

	i wonder if you get as many as i do? i guess so as your staff. lol i bet i get more weirdos than you get lmao. i have made posts about a few of them. 3 weeks ago i sent VictorT a pm 1/Oct/2008 "Hi Victor Can i get access and editor rights for Trac? i would really like to expand the documentation, i think i have proved myself enough to be very knowledgeable on Dolphin sammie" 4 days later i got a reply, "sure i'll let you know tomorrow" Its now 3 weeks after my request and still nothing. I want to build a step by step "Dolphin for Dummies" guide it would include all the common questions i am repeatedly asked in pm or see on the forums/blogs/answers sections. i want to include things like: how do i set folder and file permissions.? how do i get into admin? where do i enter my licenses? where can i find my licenses on unity? how do i change chat size/skins/ and then break down the admin panel section by section and walk through what each item does. like member levels language keys all the things you need to learn and know about. 3weeks and still nothing, makes me wonder if its really worth bothering about, to offer help here, when Boonex cant be bothered to reply to people that offer them help to improve things around here, then why should I bother?

	Thats funny... When I used your service, you advertised a domain name service, free install of Dolphin and customer support. I paid for your service, domain name and dolphin upload. I received only an empty space on a server. NO DOMAIN, NO DOLPHIN INSTALL!!!!! So I did the normal thing and submitted a support ticket. Two days later, no reply. I submitted another ticket. Seven days after, I still have no reply to either, my domain name has not been registered and dolphin was not installed on the server. CYBERXING IS A TOTAL SCAM. CYBERXING, is this RESPECT that you are giving to people when you take their money and give nothing in return? I will never do business again with a service provider that does not have a phone number.

	I am interested in finding out how someone can post an anonymous message... Anyways regarding CYBERXing's initial post... let me introduce myself... :) Hello everyone, I am ICED, I love photography, blogging, composing and arranging music and chatting with friends. Hope everyone is fine and having a good day! I just had a bright idea!!!!!! Maybe boonex should have a "introduce yourself" part of unity or the forum... OK, I know one can do that on their profile but hey... with a introduction section on a forum, ppl can respond to the post.

	Hey everyone! I am sorry Cyber for being so impolite... I don't know if you considered me to be rude with you I am sorry....but I am having my share of busting my head....I'm mexican, jajaja you know the third world?...just kidding ....No harsh feelings cyber ? Anyway My problems happened when I installed the Spanish language pack....they are mostly incomplete, Therefore I wish to help you out with the translation to spanish....of that manual for dummies of yours sammie greetings to all Saludos Amigos
