CyberXing Update

Hello all,

I wanted to write a posting in our blog as we were shown a few postings and sites that were trying to state that our services are not what they claim to be and so forth and that tickets were being closed automatically.

1) Tickets being closed automatically, yes this is true, we had setup some spam servers to combat the large amounts of spam we were getting, and one of the black listing servers, was being very grateful in listing alot of people as spam that were not.  This ended up marking a users email as SPAM and then closing the tickets associated with that email address.

So we would ask that if anyone open a ticket and its closed without some sort of response, logic would state that something is wrong and not that the customer support is bad, or gone. (try sending from another email if you have one).

Although this is not an issue anymore as well have killed the black listing server that was creating all the problems and replaced it with his brother and all seems to be fine.

2) Some people are claiming they paid for hosting and didnt get it, or what ever..

Without getting into too many details, we were purchasing a small hosting "company" and its clientelle. Needless to say, the deal did not go thru for various reasons, and a few (2) users were caught in the limbo. To add to this, one reason leading to the deal not going thru, was inaccurate figures being provided to us about income and debt. We did not assume the amount of debt that was due, and vendors were expecting us to pay fees from the prior owners. (we of course denied this) So the result was the vendor shutting down the servers, resulting in all the customers of that company to be without sites and or hosting.

We never took over hosting control, nor completed integration of this company due to the outstanding issues that led to the sale not completing, and we feel very sorry for those effected customers, and we do know some have since come to us, and for the others we hope they are back up and running, or soon to be.

Alot ask, and Yes we are a moderator on this site, and No we are not affiliated with Boonex, we just support, develop and host Boonex products and we are very proud of our work.

In todays age, its seems that its easy for people to just jump on the web and make a webpage or post something bad before the clearly look at the big picture.

i for one am glad to see you are ok, and i hate that happened to those people. this is a risky environment when you deal with unknown hosts, myself included, even with the dedicated machines i get, i dont know if the person who is building those machines will bail out tomorrow,and that could be the end of terabyte-hosting. i do know you have responded to me in the past every time i inquired something of you. i seen one or two posts regarding not answering your tickets,but didnt really know how to respond to those persons,because there is always two sides to every story, and those of us who respect you, just were not able to get a response from you to find out what your side of the story is.

As a satisfied customer of CyberXing I DO know how to respond. Quite honestly I had nothing, but problems with RMS until I switched to CyberXing.

I eventually bought a hosting package with the add on RMS and have had no problem what so ever with the hosting platform or the service response time.

Remember the hack attacks of July? At that time I had one domain on CyberXing and more on 1and1. All of the domains on 1and1 were attacked while the domain on CyberXing was not compromised.

I have nothing but high praise for CyberXing and as a result I have been moving all my existing accounts to them and they will get any future accounts I create as well.

Dwain the hacking is insecure servers on big hosts. there are a number of us that know this and are fed up telling people about it, but they wont listen, thats cool.
cyberXing Dosdawg TheGhost and myself all have dedicated servers that we offer hosting on. and a few others also offer it.

i know both Dosdawg and CyberXing have more than one server, and allow hosting of other scripts.

myself. i limit my hosting to my server to just dolphin, i have setup my server for dolphin and only offer it to people i feel would benefit from the use of my server to prove how important it is to have a server thats setup for dolphin. i install dolphin for them so they have nothing to lose, they get the RMS with the hosting to.

i also offer a months free trial on spare domains i own so people can fully test what dolphin is and learn it before they commit to hosting. or using dolphin

this to me is as important as anything, as it shows them what they get, what they can do on a server optimized for dolphin, and see dolphin fully working and error free from the outset.

As dolphin upgrades so does the RMS so we also have 3-4 different RMS's installed for members that do not wish to upgrade, or cant upgrade because of mods they have installed. you'll find that the people with dedicated servers that offer hosting, are committed to the people that take up hosting with them and yes it might costs a little more, or you might have to wait for a little longer for support, but you'll get the best support you need for your dolphin site as we know the script and are dedicated to the script ourselves, and show that by being willing to pay $250+ a month for a server, we dont use $1.99 a month shared hosting, as we know, what they claim to be unlimited, is limited in ways you can not see and they never tell you until one day you find your account deleted for using to much server resources.

was it really necessary to flame cyber's support staff? could it be that as cyber has stated there were some issues with his good intentions, and you fell victim? i have known cyber for some time, just as well as sammie and alot of others have on here, and you are the first one to really say his support sucked. i have listed to complaints about rms, and support tickets, but nobody has stated the distaste that you have just embarked upon. was this truly necessary/

Thank you for the kind words and support.

And yes, from 1 server to hundreds, it will remain that we are not able to satisfy 100% of the people, and we do try to make sure everyone gets assisted.

We have grown 4 times over in the past few months, and with an expansion in Data Centers, and server clusters we have seen our share of problems as well.

DosDawg if you go to expertzz and look there u will see how many people compaints about cyberxing,and i am not the first.look around expertzz often you will see how many people complaints about their server.Yes i compaint about their server there is a reason first i haven't get my money back.second their support sucked big time.So what we call those kind of server?theft? beware

what did i paid?you mean you don't know?i paid for a hosting service plus when my tickets didn't respond to me on time i asked for my money but yets still waiting.If funny the way you said that.if you don't 100% world happy then you shouldn't be in that business.Anyway i am still wating for my money.beware

yes i am lesbian, i am also deaf. just in case you run out of insults, you can insult deaf people too.

i know English is not your first language, so i wont insult your poor use of it.

But someone who is homophobic like you, you should really look at yourself, because if thats all you can think of to try and hurt my feelings, then you need to go study some more, as your intellectual capacity is clearly limited, and the malfunctioning 175mb hard drive between your ears, needs a little more than a 200Mhz cpu and 16mb stick of RAM that came pre-installed in your box. why on earth didnt you upgrade with the rest of us in the 21st century, windows 3.11 wasn't worth keeping.

you need to get your FSB up to speed and improve your Graphics Processor and see the light, you'll be surprized at whats out in the real world

You can flame all you want, you are just going to keep looking like an idiot. I am sure that if you sent in support tickets like this, no wonder they didnt get responded too.

We asked you to PM us your information, you didnt, so if you want to keep bantering along, I am sure some will get a chuckle out of it.

Lets make it easy, how about the domain of the site you signed up for ? a name ?

So this is what I found.. seems you like to exaggerate the truth as well:
You claimed that you waited 2 days for a response when it was less then 24 hours, then you complained that we didnt move your files from your OLD server ??

When in exactly were you told that we would do this ??
That is an extra service and you didnt purchase that.

And since you are in the United States, you might want to know that "flaming" a company for payment in a public forum is illegal. Its called extortion.

You were advised that your paypal payment was being returned.

So, what else would you like to lie about ??

Hello cyberxing i am still wating for my money since Aug.i don't understand why you still holding on something its belong to me.its my money.I don't understand why you still hold it on it.You told me 26 days ago it takes 5 days to process yet i haven't get it so what is the problem now?man to be a crook.and yet you are Moderator on here.Do the right thing refund my money instead of keep it.on your website it said your money back guarantee.
