Designing in Dolphin + Free Ray for Ad Free

Hi,

I am getting my dolphin site designed and I wanted to give the designers a free copy of Dolphin with Free Ray to design on (on their server). I would like to know whether (after they have finished designing site) I can use Dolphin + Ad free Ray with paid licenses and use the files they have designed using the Free unlicensed Dolphin and Free Ray etc?
