Dolphin Questions

1) Can I have multiple Admins in Dolphin?
2) How can I change the order of the groups?
3) Can users create groups?

	AndreyP, A follow up to that is what admin functions can you assign to moderators ??

	Ok, I guess I'm an idiot. I've added moderators a couple of times to the system, both active and approval, but I haven't been able to login as the moderator. I'm confused.
