Edit Forum as admin

Provide me your FTp and Cpanel accesses. Also plz specify - did you change something in your Orca's code?

I think your almost there actually...

Once you have created a new "Group" then you must create a Forum Topic.. Until a Forum Topic is created by the Admin then no Members even with privilleges will be allowed to add NEW topics. But once a topic is created the Members with proper "Actions" can participate openly.

The Admin protected in the Forum is deligated to the "GROUPS CREATOR" in the Orca Groups Feature of DOLPHIN. So if a Member with proper "Actions" creates a Group with no Forum Topic then no joined or invited member will be able to post.

The folder icon directly across any Group, Forum is a creator button.

Most likely as ghost says you are not creating a deep enough structure. Once the structure is deep enough you will be able to post and reply.

In Dolphin plugins – Orca -

I created a forum ‘x’

But what necessary actions has to be made in Dolphin to create the topic?

you need to create:
forum
-Dolphin Forum 1
--topic - category maybe
---post - or discussion
----question to post -discussion

This is not the perfect explanation, but I you can see that you need to go deeper generally in the forum before one is allowed to make a post.

Ok, the problem is that the font is invisible in the forum. I got it now and i have asked in forum how to change the font color. Thanks!
