Editing a profile by members

Hi everybody

I am quite embarassed , a member sent me an eail saying to me he cant edit his profile and a kind of empty red box is show on the top of the edit profile page, and he was right i tried my self and despite filling all information there is in fact an empty box on the top and the changes arent token.

Is there any bug or a correction to do

Please help
