Editing the top menu bar

Does anyone know the process for editing the very top menu bar, such as text colors, etc.

Also, on the main index page, same question. How do I edit the text link colors.

Go to templates/tmpl_uni/css/anchor.css

that is the style sheet for the links where is the actual file with the links? so they can be changed or just deleted?

Use:
templates/temp_uni/_header.html, and inc/design.inc.php

If you want new links, define new languages and add to templates/temp_uni/_header.html

how about to edit the url link of forum? my forum url is www.mydomain.com/orca but i change to www.mydomain.com/forum . how to edit?
