How Do I change the max size upload for photos and videos?

does any one know how i can allow people to add html codes to profile coments and how do i change font colors on font colors

Put a file named php.ini in the cgi-bin directory of your root folder. Place the following code in the php.ini:

register_globals Off
post_max_size = 300M
upload_max_filesize = 300M
max_execution_time = 250
AddType x-mapp-php5 .php
