How do I enable Groups?

In navigation menu builder look in all items to find create group and drag it up to your groups section in active items.
On a fresh install it not placed under groups active.
Ok suspend groups in admin go content, groups then click on the categories that has the group in it.

PkChatzinc, thanks for your reply. I already have the Groups section active, and I can browse the different categories by default (Activities, Automotive, etc) but once I click into any of those categories I can't seem to find how to create a new groups or delete the ones I don't want. I tried as both the Admin and a registered Contributor, but to no avail. Where can I add/delete the categories?

Ok I figured out how to delete and add a category, I just don't know how to create a group within a category. Can someone help me out?

I figured it out. I had to drag Create Group into the Content Builder. Maybe that's what PkChatzinc was trying to say. Anyway, thanks buddy.
