 | A friend of mine set up our community site with the Ray a/v chat. The chat room has been working fine for a while but now we get the message "not registered". My friend is not around at the moment so I cannot ask how he set this up in the first place.
I managed to work out how to get a new license for Ray free Chat but when I entered it, it said wrong license number.
Now I am thinking he must have bought the "ad free" license which is why the license I tried to get didn't work. Possibly he only paid for a year - I am not sure.
Can I use the free version (with ads) even if we had a paid version before? If so how can I switch and get a correct license?
I am clutching at straws as I don't really understand what has gone wrong.
