How to upgrade a member

"I was wondering if there is any way in the back panel where I can upgrade a member manually?

If, for instance, I would like to gift someone an upgraded account, how would I do that?"

	I followed your video, but when I click on the user ID, all I get is admin controls, Active Status. But no where to upgrade a member, please help mr P
