I get errors when i add my license code

Having a problem with free youtube widget. I register the software and then it says I am registered and then suddenly it says it is not registered. I enter "12345 as a password and it says "product not found".

Also on the user menu the youtube button takes me to a blank page. a page with no error message or anything just blank. I installed it exactly as it said in the install and have deleted and reinstalled it at least 6 times with same results.

well this isnt fault to wamp5 its a error in what your trying to do i think and it tells you this in the error message you have ... not sure what it is
