I setup dolphin on a plesk server

I too am on a Plesk server and had the same problem. Updating the menus etc would update in the database but not on the actual site. I corrected it by changing the permissions on inc/menu_content.inc.php file. Mine was 644 when it should be 666. That worked for me.
