Nope! None of your VPS packages include cpanel or whm. Why would we pay an extra $15.00 to $20.00 a month for something that should be included?

cPanel or other control panels are listed is in addon section of order wizard for VPS.

I know they are listed in the addon section and that is precisely why no one should purchase your hosting service. Other hosting companies include cpanel and whm with their VPS packages. You are trying to squeeze and extra $20.00 a month out of your customers by making cpanel an addon. Shame on you.

You still did not give us your full name. No one should buy hosting from someone who does not provide full disclosure of who they are, where there are, and how to contact them.

Stay away from Infrenion. I tried to cancel and received confirmation, then they kept the site up, and charged by card, I had to cancel for copyright reasons, now its becoming a huge legal mess, their control panel is crap, and their support for online help sometimes takes forever to connect and has firefox issues in the newest version.

I am writing to inform web publishers about the best hosting Company for your Dolphin site. The best hosting company in my opinion is infrenion.com. They have competitive rates on the shared, vps, and dedicated server plans but that is not what impressed me. What impressed me most is their customer service.
Our site was hacked but the infrenion support team responded quickly. They called in a specilist to restore most of our data. This was no small job considering we had close to 1,300 members. Joseph is one team member who kept me inform so I felt in the loop.
Joseph also took time to explain things to me about my website in terms I could understand, So in short he educated me while getting the job done. The team also handled the site crashing due to my uploading the wrong files and corrupting the system. The support team also has change my vps server 2 or 3 times for other problems that arisen. These problems have all been handled in the last 30 days or so. We are up and running smoothly now and I sleep well at night knowing that the support team is deciated and capable of handling problems if they occur.
I almost forgot to tell you the most important thing. INFRENION DID NOT CHARGE ME ONE PENNY EXTRA FOR ALL THE EXTRA WORK (3 VPS SETUPS, A SPECILIST RESTORE DATA BASE, RESTORE CORRUPTED FILE,ETC).

Finially, I still think infrenion is the cheapest dolphin Hosting company on the market. But If they were the most expensive,I would choose them because of their support team excellent performance.

We have had two major jobs (1) by Joseph who fix a data base error and I wish I could explain what he did but he fixed it so fast I just know it works now. Today, Tom fixed a streaming video problem. He did a great job!

I am telling people about how good Infrenion support is because a hosting campany is a important decison and these guy are good. They fix our problem fast and it has not cost me 1 extra penny.
