Inserting/ editing image in news on admin page

1. Is there a way to have the insert/edit image on the admin news?  Modifications?

2. Using the html option on the blogs, classifieds portion of adding a post seems to strip any kind of paypal form button that is put in there.  Is there a mod that would allow this at least for the classifieds portion?  Has anyone come up with a mode that would allow PayPal buttons to be inserted?

Use TinyMCE here ..
and, button 'Image' will added in next update

2. give me example what you try put here as HTML
