Internet Explorer Displays Border Width Wrong

I have an issue with Internet Explorer showing about 15 extra pixels on the right hand side of the page.  I have included an image of this for your reference.  Any suggestions as to what could be causing this?  I have looked, but am not finding the answer on my own.
