Issues with 6.1 install

I have the same exact problem. It happens with the photos, videos, music and classifieds links. It is a definite bug that needs to be fixed.

I am experienced in installing scripts, and I have successfully installed Dolphin from all the way to back to 5.6. All files have correct permissions. Plugins have been registered, new licenses created and registered.

Not a bug I think,
if mod_rewrite is not enabled on your server, CEO url will not work
you have to uncheck Permalinks in Admin

IF mod_rewrite is enabled on your server
and your CEO url don't work

check your .htaccess file, I guessing it's empty

And you have to delete
php_flag register_globals Off
from your .htaccess file if you have a internal server error

Actually, it's not blank, but does not appear to make a call to mod-rewrite which is enabled on my server:

Also, even after upgrading to 6.1.1, my forum is still gorfed and looks like it has a coding error (there are brackets and such around the headers) http://www.theswingtown.com/orca/
