Why would you bother saying that Boonex is no good ?
I have never seen you writting into any of the blogs nor have I even heard about you and I've been here since this all started.

everyone wants a car but only mechanics can keep it running..learn about what your car has under the hood and learn to fix it all yourself...it all here just search..

Ok, I myself love to complain on occasion.. and believe me there are things here to complain about. But almost ALL the "bugs" I read about on this blog are user error and misconfigured servers. I install Dolphin for people constantly.. but only on hosting companies I choose, and guess what.. NO PROBLEMS. If you do two things I PROMISE you won't have these headaches:

1. If you don't have atleast a basic knowledge of Apache and PHP pay someone who does to install it.
2. Use a hosting company that you can VERIFY works with Dolphin.

If you want to complain then complain about expertzzz being full of garbage downloads and con artists... or the fact that boonex won't respond to emails :-)

I'm no expert on all this php stuff,but i have installed the new 6.1 dolphin and had a few problems i worked out myself by search here and just playing around like mrpowless said and see whats under the hood. I am a 50 year old grandmother and i can do it....so can you..lol

the only issue i had with install was permissions for files, when it checks directories and has you change to 777 you hit next then it shows the long list of errors at the top of files that have incorrect permissions, but what it doesnt tell you is what those permissions need to be. thats about the only real issue i have other than that, i like Dolphin.

I own ablespace. I spent hundreds thinking it would be a social networking script. Each customer said it was still a dating script. My own family would not even go on it because they said it was a dating script. I emailed abk and they said I would have to spend an additional $300 minimum and that was after paying $600 for the script and they would change the graphics. I said that I would have to switch to their dating script because the social networking script is worthless. They said I would have to pay full price for the dating script which is basically the social networking script with a different graphics. They could care less that I spent $600 already. They wanted another $600 for the same script only with a dating theme. Talk about bad customer service. I now am using dolphin again.

Dolphin is buggy, does not offer some of the features (zipcodes, games, phone, 3dchat, many languages) as ablespace, and boonex is slow or does not respond to emails. I am still waiting for Boonex to give me a video license just to get the videos play. So far they do not answer my request for video license.

If you want a solid dating script where everything works then buy abaledate. Do not go anywhere near their so called social networking script called ablespace. Dolphin has it beat in flexibility. Everything does actually work on ablespace but do not use it for social networking. If you want to control the design and want the addons then get dolphin and forget about any type of support from boonex.

For boonex sales to not get people their video licenses is ridiculous and infuriating. Oh well, at least I am not out $600 like I was for ablespace.
