Paypal - Expertzzz - blocked my payment

If you are saying that someone made a claim against you and stated they did not receive a product and paypal withdrew the money, then this is due to you not providing them with enough information or the correct information.

If you are selling digital products online, you need to make sure you use a system that makes the buyer log in, and has the downloads available, and logs the ip, username and possibly even a registration code sent to them in an email.

We have created and use various systems like this, as paypal will want proof of delivery, and just sending them an email is not enough. (since these can be faked, and so forth)

I use the expertzzz.com/dolphin to sold the item (digital products) I not see in my list of products the user who buy the item, and not see the IP too ...
What I can send to paypal to solve this problem here in expertzzz - I don´t have the informations above.

CAUTION TO PAYPAL

They blocked my money speaking that the user asked but the user did not request any blockade or demanded anything with paypal.

Doing so that they are with your money and you are imagining that anyone who complained was the buyer.

I have had similar problems with PayPal. They are totally useless and you will be very lucky to get your money back.

Register with Money Bookers (www.moneybookers.com) they do the same a s PayPal but they also have an 'escrow' account. that means they hold the money until you and the buyer are happy.

Perhaps Boonex can run a a similar payment system which can accept PayPal, moneybookers and various credit cards. I want to buy some mods but most people on here don't accept moneybookers.
