Profile's Tags Error

corrupt inc/tags.inc.php
or mb read prob with DB
try:

function MultiByteStringToLower(&$str, $coding) {
if(is_callable('mb_strtolower'))
return mb_strtolower($str, $coding);
else
return strtolower($str);
}

in inc/tags.inc.php at the top

i add this code to inc/tags.inc.php at the top, & did not work. is there anthing else that i can try to solve this problem, thanks again for your help.

In my case the tags are in both tables but they don't all show in the TAGS Block. For some reason some TAGS are missing but if you search based on a TAG the profile does come up.

Any body?!
