Ray Chat 3.5 allways on Loading - For Ray experts

You have made extensive changes to your site, and without someone knowing or going thru what you have done, this will be a fairly difficult process.

Your response to us was:

It worked until a few days ago, and you were doing changes to your template system , etc.

Your question above of "What is Global and what is problem" :

The gobal connection is from the Admin of the Ray suite making its initial connection when the plug-in pages are accessed.

Your problem can be MANY MANY different things, and all would be guesses at this point, since you are not providing any details as to what you did or changed with the script.

I noticed you have the chat pages creating new windows when loaded, and a few other things as well.

We can tell you things to try all day long, like :

change string in ray/global/inc/functions.inc.php file from this:

$aWrongExtensions = array("php", "asp", "php5");

to

$aWrongExtensions = array("php", "asp", "php5", "htaccess", "");


But we dont have enough information to understand the exact reason for the problem.

well guys when you get that sorted please let me know, as i have not been able to get Ray 3.5 to work with RMS. i have RMS installed and it works flawlessly on 6.0, but will not connect on 6.1.

i turned off RMS on 6.1 Ray and was able to use the chat room, but not the video and audio feature. i have seen many complaints about this, and am just waiting patiently for Rayz to come up with a plan.

i went further, thinking something may have happened to my RMS install, i try to connect to rms.boonex.com and gives me the same error. RMS Cant Connect. if anybody has any insight on this please let me know. as both of my 6.1 installs are clean unmodded installs.

In setup do you have rms pro selected. Just a guess.
