Ray Desktop -

Hey guys,

Anyone successfully in getting Ray Desktop to work?

I tired setting up the desktop and it was no go.

problem: start -> all programs -> agent-> found uninstall but not the actuall application to run.
Problem: found the desktop.exe in program file/agent
problem: error message when i ran the application: cannot connect to server.

download file created:  Agent_v3.1.0001.exe (its about 20 mb)

Hello

I have installed Ray Desktop many times.
Looks like you omitted some step of its creation. You need
1. Install RayDesktopAdmin on your PC. Correctly enter all required data during the installation.
2. Generate downloadable using start -> all programs ->Ray Desktop -> Generate Downloadable.
3. Take generated exe file from output folder. start -> all programs ->Ray Desktop -> Open Directory
4. Execute newly generated EXE file. If you have installed Desktop from Ray Base, everything should work.

Hello Antonlv,
I'm using shared hosting and connected to boonex server for ray example chat, video/audio etc., would this cause the problem?
regarding build number, i entered 0001, not sure if this is right.

let me know, and i'll try again.

the build number should display on the homepage of your Admin area (http://yoursite.com/admin/index.php)
