Ray Widgets License "Undefined"

Ya I am also having same problem like bzzrd2 . License of dolphine works fine but Ray dosent work.

I double checked my installtion as I read that installing the 'Ad Free" version can cause this. I installed this file: Dolphin-v.6.0.0004-Free

I wish i had an answer for you but I am having some issues with my dolphin too. I upgraded to 6.0.0004 from 6.0.003 and now I am having issues with the editor giving me java errors when i go to the builders menu in admin panel. "Error 'version' is undefined'

1. I am not getting the html section at the bottom when I go to edit a Navigation menu.

2. When I go to Homepage Builder I get the editor but the color pop does not work.

Tried posting this on expertzzz forum but no help so I fugured I try here.

Hey bzzrd2 use Ray with Ads. My Ray is working well now on Ray with Ads version.

I tried that Liveworld. No go. What I wound up doing is backing up my database and installing the 6.0.4 patch. I didn't even have to register the Widgets. Weird. The only thing that doesn't seem right is that there are no controls on the video. You can't stop and re-start etc.

Ya Iam getting same problem as well. Doese any body know how to display the controls of the video? Control menu is not displaying in my videos.

Well, after a while all the widgets quit working. I installed 6.0.3 and so far so good. Something must be up with the 6.0.4 license.

I have all the license and registration codes for the widgets but where do i insert them???
The only one i managed to insert was the Dolphin one and this shows in my adminpanel.

If you have problems with RAY, firstly check if you have correct version installed - for free licences it's mared "FREE", for purchased licenses it's marked "AD FREE".

Otherwise in regards to "undefined" error, try to use some other browser, this is what I did and the code was accepted. ..but I'm still having problems with the RMS. If anybody has any tips on how to make a successful connection to boonex RMS please share :)

I have ad-free site, and ALL widgets and this just started happening like 5 minutes ago. I'm on 6.1.4

Well I spent $998. for the pro and have had more problem , but this is the one that may demand a refund.

I am happy that the software is avalable but I do think for a grand I should get better suport.
I have sent request for help over a week ago and dtill have not gotten any responce,

so before any one bitches about my post put yourself in my shoes, spend a grand for something that may not work 100% is understandable, nut not having ANY suport sucks.

well this is crazy. we need a to get together and bring a class action against boonex. I expect to get what I pay for. who is up for collectively sueing boonex for fraud?
