Ray Widgets Not Installed

I recently upgraded to 6.1 and had some issues that KMD Site Solutions worked to fix (and did an awesome job at that). But I ma still getting an error telling me not registered. Now when I attempt to access Ray Base it tells me not installed. Anyone have any suggestions? I need the video player and music player to work on the site (not the stand alone players). What licenses do I need to buy if any?

I just posted a blog and mine posted twice as well.

About your issue. I had a similar problem. I was told to downloaded the ray 3.5 free (if that is what you have use that one if not use the add free) replace all the files in your /ray/modules/movie/app/ and the /ray /modules/music/app/ .
There should be three files in there to replace over the old ones on your server. Worked for me, Hope that helps.

Well thanks for the advice, but I still get the unregistered error. When I put in the licenses it also tells me wrong license number and my old ones aren't available in here anymore. It's amazing to me that a software company would make such a mistake with the registration. A little validation goes a long way.

Got it to work. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Had to backup then restore all of my old files which took about 6 hours but it works. The issue now is the upload tool doesn't show up at all. The page just says undefined. Also the video is REALLY slow to load. Any suggestions?
