Boonex already agreed to install a lifetime license for me.  I can't get anyore to email me back on this except my Expert but he just installed a one year license.

matt,
are you in need of english speaking support for your dolphin site? i can assist you with anything on dolphin. i am presently an admin for 3 other dolphin sites, consequently i also host those three sites and run the RMS for them as well. just let me know.

Hey all, I just got my lifetime license! It sucks I had to whine like a baby to get it.

Check out my very first post in the Expertzzz forum. I had to ask over and over again for the installation I paid for. It took like two weeks. Other people get it installed in like two days. I don't know who's fault that was. It was near the holidays but two weeks?

As for the English language barrier. I had MY ENTIRE site DELETED and restored from an old backup at hostforweb. I'm paying to have that fixed now. I found a guy there that I request everytime so it's not an issue anymore. Can you believe this though? They are based in Chicago. Horrible English skills with Level 2 plus techs. They don't even read what you are writing half the time. Level 1 are all happy Americans :) In you have an issue, you'd better speak Russian or something.

As for Boonex sales guys, I think they are from Australia, right? GOD, I LOVE THEM because they fully understand me. I like Australia--we are allies. Most Russians can go to hell. I know the way your country thinks of Americans.

As for Boonex support, actually, I don't know because for the last TWO MONTHS I've dealt with the same ex-Soviet Union guy. Why? Seems like a cool guy but we have too much of a language barrier.

My plan is to get my day to day English speaking Support from Dolphin Geeks. They are here in America with me :) My next task is to find English Speaking developers who can tear apart Dolphin so that it won't be recognizable. That will cost some big money! Dolphin provides a good base to work with though. Right now, I'm out looking for people who can fix some of the mods like search and myspace mods.

It's funny, in the two months I've had Dolphin, I've become pretty good at being an admin:) I had to.

By the way, thanks Mike. If you do assign me a new expert, cause we're in this for life now, make it a pretty Australian about 5'5" with brown hair who likes small scrapy dogs. O..I'm actually a nice guy. It took two months for me to get like that :)
