SOL ERROR WITH PHPBB MODUAL

Well friends, I have gotten this far:

Now if I can get the database to play nicely were all set - then its just changing settings to make it all look together.

I could really use some help on this one

Also, I could not get signup for regular site members after the modual was installed as well

exactly same problems here with phpbb mod
