On - off - on - off - Boonex logo driving me crazy!

AArghh!

I have done some mods on my site - and all goes well - except for that bl**dy Boonex logo at the bottom of my page. It keeps on appearng again and again!

And - yes, before you ask - I DID pay for the AD-free version.

And - no, before you ask - it is not ad the wdgets - it is at the bottom of my pages.

I am really getting sick of ths as I have to ask programmers to get rid of them.

Is Boonex able to help me once and for all?

	If you paid for the adfree version thats awesome, however did you happen to upgrade to the add free version as well? I do believe there are physical files you have to change as well!

	well - the upgrades were just from 6.0.4 to 6.1.1 and then to 6.1.2 - the upgrades and patches come ready made by boonex. So I can only assume this should work ... however - as you can see on the forums - there are problems with upgrades (that is why we get the patches) Anyway - it is a big mystery to me too why these files keep on changing - all I can think of is that there s a file that keeps on changing permissions from 644 to 666.

	Hi Lyubov, I am using SmartPro (or Dolphin 6.1.1) and I BOUGHT (paid for like $1000 .....) the AD FREE version (the older version and then did the upgrades)...... And yes I AM using the AD FREE versions (sorry - but it seems people need to repeat saying that ...) I just had a look at my site - and after NOT having Boonex banner last night (8 hours ago) - just now I looked at my site and the banner is back!!! Any idea Lyubov? Thanks Hendrik

	Hi Sammie ... Let me just check again ... mmm yes I believe it is the ad-free. I had a look at site activity and I noticed the banner came back after a new user signed up ... This is not good - it is very unprofessional - and I cannot and will not pay for a license to have the boonex banner removed and then have it on my site.

	then you have the wrong licenses and the wrong version. if you paid $1000 then the version you need is the smart pro version, not the ad free or free version. you are asking people to delete the footer from the ad free version, and because you are using the wrong licenses (you have the smart pro licenses) for it, they keep coming back. because it just looks like you are trying to remove them without paying for the license. (because you are putting in the wrong ones for the wrong version)

	Sammie. Smartpro 3 WITHOUT the ads .... I paid for AD FREE!!!!!! Blimey is it so difficult for people to understand? Before all the upgrades and patches and the whole hoolahoop .... I did NOT EVER have that boonex ad at the bottom showing. Since the upgrades and stuff it comes up every once in a while and then disappears again ... So clearly a mistake somewhere ... Or are you guys just winding me up? It clearly works and I am getting nowhere on this ... PLEASE: If ANYONE from Boonex reads this - please HELP me!!!

	look is it so hard for you to understand? there are 3 versions of dolphin free (with ads) ad free (without ads) smartpro (never had a free (with ads) and therefore no ad free version) there is no ad version or ad free version of smart pro so you are talking about 2 different versions when you keep saying ad free and smartpro you keep saying you installed ad free and used smart pro licenses and we only got to that after about post 6

	Go here: http://www.boonex.com/products/smartpro/ And read this: Lifetime link-free Dolphin license - that means NO boonex link at the bottom right? Lifetime ad-free Ray Widgets licenses - speaks for itself right? All for only $998 - which I paid. So if I am confused - can you blame me? I feel I paid for Ad- free and Link free .....

	Hi hendrikfetishlad! Thanks for the info but I meant the package version.... I know that the SmartPro 3 is a SmartPro 3, it's a product name, but which Dolphin, Ray and Orca version you are using?. Well, just specify the Dolphin version which you can see in Dolphin Admin Panel. Thanks .
