Still Missing fixes in Dolphin 6.0004 Beta RC2

One or two months ago I reported two important issues with Dolphin 6.0003.

1)     Dolphin Membership Level System NOT working fine:

No matter the restriction or actions allowed, standard members (FREE MEMBERSHIP) are still able to do ALMOST everything like premium members (PAID MEMBERSHIP). They can upload media, use photo, music and video gallery, create blogs, use forum, post classified ads etc. 

2)     Bugs in Blog Categories:

• The script doest not update the Blog category image after uploading a new image.
• Sometimes when you try to upload an image (category pic), all the category images will change to the image you uploaded.
• Sometimes after creating a Blog Category and when you refresh the Post page some categories are duplicated.
