Transparent page builder blocks

Looked around and didn't find anything in regards to this so I though I would give this a try.
In my admin area in the builders section, when I select pages builder, no matter what page I select all of the blocks are transparent.  The blocks are there, if you move your mouse around you can hover over and see that they are there and what they are but none are visible.  Active, inactive, and sample, all are the same
The navigation menu builder and fields builder sections both work without a hitch.
Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

Please help us .... I have the same problem..... In Page Builder.... I can not see the Blocks....
I have IE 6

I believe the problem may be related to how IE interprets that particular page. I just installed Safari for windows and the prolem does not appear. May want to experiment with various browsers on the backend.

Thanks a lot jmischaelp for update.... the problem is I am able to see all the blocks in Menu Builder then why I am not able to see blocks in page builder.
Please let me know if you get any answer for this.
