Vista Dolphin install - wamp5 server

I have wamp5 server with mysql5 and phpMyAdmin installed on my home computer.

How do I install Dolphin 6.1.1. as a test bed. I do not want to learn on my 'live' site. www.asia-connect-th.com

	Upload the files from pack to the www folder. Then goto http://localhost/ If you get 500 error remove the line that starts with php_flag

	ok, installed web site on home machine (Vista), renamed install folder and all I get is a page full of Dolphin http text.... Help!
