"Undefined" error for Video and Audio

![]() | I have the exact problem after upgrading from 6.0.3 to 6.1.1, which it was working before. I even tried upgrading from 6.1.2 but still get the same error: "undefined'. It doesnt matter how small or big the file is. Anyone please help!! | ![]() |

![]() | I have the same problem. But when i edit some rule , it's works. The first step: your file maybe mp3 extensions for music ( tried with video not yet) The 2 step : your file must be < 2MB ( if you don't correct your server or host for enlarge for more ) The 3 : edit your account's member to accesss rule use music or video ( all rule can edit at Admin > setting > membership lever ) Chosee your type of member to edit rules. ![]() | Make sure you have 777 permissions for the ffmpeg.exe file located in your ray folder. You also have to make sure that you are allowed to run ffmpeg. You can test it out with with a test page that you can find at http://www.boonex.com/trac/ray/wiki/ and look for the GenRayTShooter. It's a file that you run on the server to see if you have the right setup. | ![]() |
