cannot redeclare BxDolBlogs error 6.1.0

I'm getting an intermittent "cannot redeclare BxDolBlogs" it seems like it only on first entrance to the site. If you hit refresh it goes away.

Anyone else with this problem?
Any ideas on how to make it go away?
I'm on a dedicated server.

Have it in free mode?

And while I have your attention, in Orca I have this:
[L[Manage Forum]]
instead of buttons.

I got the same issue in your site (http://funtotrade.com)..

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class BxDolBlogs in /usr/home/rbrown/sites/funtotrade.com/web/inc/classes/BxDolBlogs.php on line 16
