installed dolphin 6.1.2 pages builder not working

when i accessing the pages builder no contents such as active blocks and inactive blocks and sample block nothing appearing(shows complete blank) in these and also for every page

whats the reason

	when you get to the page, you will see names of the pages on top of it...just click on desired page name and the blocks will show up.

	during installation blogs folder was not installed please let me know hoew can i install it.
