same error here would like to know what causes this even though the permalink friendly urls are disabled it still happens.

I was having the same problem and the only way that I was able to fix it was to reinstall 6.1! I now have a working Dolphin system again!!

You also have to have this entire set of code to insert into your .htaccess file at the root level. These support forums are REALLY hard to find info, but one of the users was gracious enough to send me the file. Drop me a line if you need it. You replace your .htaccess file/or edit it with the new version. Then you have to do a CLEAN reinstall of the Boonex software. Pain in the butt, but it worked. Of course, there are other bugs now, but the big one went away.
