problem sending confirmation emails

We installes dolphin 6.1.1 and we activated the option to sent confirmation email for every user registration but the mail is not really sent and new users are able to log in without receiving an email. Anyone has an idea why messages are not sent? Our site is at www.kupon4e.com

also the IM is not working. The window opens but does not load the content

If the emails are not being sent, are you sure that your host's email server is online?

Recheck sendmail at your server, possible you haven`t sendmail server, .. or you use SMTP server that wasn`t setup correctly
