ray adfree licence question


	In advance I would like to thank you for help. I had new dolphin the I bought licence for it. Then I bought licence for music and video players. now, how do i properly install it. when I remove free ray, and install adfree one, video and music message are : not installed. but when I go to admin I can see files uploaded with free version. I noticed that there is a link to download for dolphin+adfree ray....is that what I need to download? Then Do I delet the whole dolphin directory or just ray??? Please, any help would be appreciated. 	I have a tech working on it and he did instal only those 2 adfree parts music player and video player... now I get the message that the licence number is wrong...do you guys have any suggestions or I need to despute all these charges in the bank? It is a joke to have so good program, but to offer no suppors or instructions whatsoever. Maybe thats hot it is in Albania
