which version of dolphin/ray/orca are you currently running? if you want we can do a test connection to ascertain that its not your script, and if its not then you can consider a connection for RMS from somewhere else?

well - first of check spelling of your domain name in Ray base settings. It should be without http://www. And if it won't help - just contact us at suport@boonex.com with your admin area access details. We will check it up.
