You're up and running. That's the biggest step - and not an easy one for alot of people (at least it wasn't for me - at first.)

If you resize your images for the flash header, it will problably work better for you. I had the same problem with the images being offset like yours are, and resizing them helped.

I still wound up removing that section because my images had very poor quality, even when I resized them to match the original image size & format. They seemed to cause my home page to slow down too.
