Russian for Dolphin 6.1 and upper

My own manual translation (not lingvo, prompt or other)!
After install - will automatically show a new Russian flag ;)
All in UTF (last translated key - number 2880)

Now installation more easy than before ;)

This is a combo package. This means that from now on, this package contains 2 Dolphin versions: Dolphin 6.1 and Dolphin 6.1.1. It will be updated and re-uploaded with every new Dolphin version, thus you will always have this mod for the new Dolphin version.
