Fix Ray Chat & small change on Videos

Job1. Fix needed On Ray Chat in Dolphin 6.1.6 There is a problem with Ray A/V Chat i.e when you password protect a new room no-one can get in the room even with the correct password...

Job2. With Video Recorder I need the entries that are added to RayVideoStats table in the DataBase to be removed for each as and when the paticular video is removed by the user or by admin.

	in /www/ray/modules/chat/app/ use the a/v chat 6.1.5 app after rename your 6.1.6 and restart your rms... that's all.
