Bought the template and have no response to multiple support requests - 'live' chat is never live - no response to either email or Skype. Beautiful theme but we have a couple of issues that need to be resolved (i.e.: search box in theme covers slider menu!) and cannot get a response from developer after 3 days.

ok i found a fix for the issue you guys are having

first off, go into
modules/boonex/forum/layout/
make a copy of the uni folder
rename it to dt_newworld_blue
then open params.php
change word uni to dt_newworld_blue
then go to your site forum page, click manage forum, then click Compile Language, got this info from another thread at http://www.boonex.com/forums/topic/Forum-error-compilation-language.htm

Granted I'm pretty new to Dolphin, so I may very well have made a mistake, and I'm hoping you can help point me in the direction of my mistake - but I installed the newworld_blue template, as well as followed this thread (and installed the dt_newworld_blue, but it still doesn't work - the template is fine, but two things... the Forums throw errors, and also - am I correct in thinking that the modules are to be themed as well?? Or am I mistaken about this, please ?

What am I doing wrong, guys see more - PLEASE?

The forum module has no need for a individual template, not on this template. You might want to check the forum files if they are updated, try to replace the files with original ones for your Dolphin version, then follow the steps above.

Hello I wrote three letters through the site http://dolphintemplate.com - http://www.dolphintemplate.com/support/chat.php.

It took a long time, and I do not who have not yet responded. And I have to write here.

I installed the template New World (Blue) to your other site NewTuran.com.

I like the pattern, works well, but the forum does not work. Mr. deaftv told me that this is due to that, I removed the copyright. (If I understood correctly).

I would like to buy this template, if it is not very expensive, so has the right to remove any copyright and that the forum was working fine.
Or I would buy another the same way and not a pattern where I can use background images with a template New World (Blue). If one of these options is possible, please let me know.

Hello,

To fix the forum module please follow these steps:

1. Open your FTP program and log in to your website.

2. Once you are connected, navigate to yourwebsite.com > modules > boonex >
forum > layout

3. You will find inside this directory the "uni" folder, copy this folder to
your Desktop and
rename it to the template name you are using, in this case it's
"dt_newworld_blue". After you rename it,
upload it to the same location from where you downloaded see more it.

4. Go inside the newly renamed directory and open params.php with any
text/php editor. Replace "uni" with the name of the new template -
"dt_newworld_blue".

5. Upload the entire "dt_newworld_blue" directory back to your server inside
yourwebsite.com > modules > boonex > forum > layout

6. Log in to your Dolphin Admin account and go to this URL
http://yourwebsite.com/forum/?action=goto&manage_forum=1
On the Forum page you should see "Compile Language: En" - click on that link
and wait for the confirmation message.

I almost NEVER post comments anywhere, not because I'm a jerk, but because my experiences with broken promises and crappy products on the internet, has left me weary. Then I bought a template that was beautiful from Adrian and his installation of it as well as Dolphin.

I naively purchased a dedicated server ( that wasn't Dolphin ready) and he patiently tried numerous times to make it work. Finally he advised me of a reliable server that would give me everything I needed and he would reinstall see more Dolphin there for FREE.

I can't say for sure, but if I had to guess, he spent HOURS on this install which probably would have taken him minutes had I had everything I needed on the original server.

Adrian, Thank you for a beautiful template and a wonderful job! Why can't everyone on the web be like you...

This template has been long ago updated due to some problems with the first slide show (incompatibility and many other problems). So please understand that we HAD to replace the slide show. Unfortunately we forgot to update the image representing the template but the demo will always show how the template really looks. I am very sorry about this problem.

a Poor, Thief and unconditionally poverished man, always thinking of hw to cheat people and developers who work hard all day to earn something for their living.
Nether knows a single programming code nor learns to respect the ones who do. Buys out cheap templates, and then asks workers to work on them, and in the end asks them to lower the cost, else he won't buy. As for the upfront he gives, dont ever believe in it. Coz after the work, he opens a dispute and asks for a refund. The worker is left see more with nothing, and then he leaves all sort of bad reviews everywhere and finally approaches the worker to ONCE AGAIN work for him. Now the programmar has ultimately got no way out, since he has already got so many fake profiles here at boonex, that he makes false reviews about everyone.
His works, may be 6out of 10, but those are because of the labour and hard work of the programmars, whom this person has never paid, or paid less than half of the amount. We are left with no way, because the work was already been done, and if not sold, we cannot do anything with it.

SO this is all the high profile, low mentality-corporate drama that dolphintemplate is doing over here.
