Member Actions Not Good At ALL

i'm looking to edit this actions, and this action are slandered from boonex software.

because i see for:

• articles : only delete
• news : only delete

what about : add.edit.view.approve.browse.search.mark as featured.broadcast message??

and some actions are merged by delete and edit, like:

• groups comments
• store product comments delete and edit
• events comments delete and edit.

and what about if i need to make a user that only doing

featured or broadcast or approve for other users?

Articles and News can only be  edited and added in admin panel only, since only admin has access to admin area, there is no actions for it.
