Navigation menu in block on side

Hello... Is there a way I can put the Navigation menu in a vertical block I would put on the left side of my site?? 

I am on Dolphin 7.3.5.

It's designed to spring into action when a page is reduced to a certain size. You can set it to work on any page width however. The design is contained in a separate CSS file.

Hamburger?

A good template upgrade will do it, or there are plenty of CSS tutorials out there. Search for hamburger CSS.
