Problema caricamento immagini (album e profilo)

Salve, ho installato dolphin 7.2.1 il processo di installazione sembra andato a buon fine a parte il caricamento delle immagini:

creando un nuovo album, aggiungendo foto ad album esistenti, le immagini non vengono visualizzate , il processo di upload termina ma la foto non viene mostrata.

in particolare caricando l'immagine dell'avatar vedo questo messaggio di errore:
