Changing the site's template to RTL

I am looking for experts and expirienced designers/developers that will take my existing site with the template and make it into a RTL site including the structure and the look of the template: labels on the right, fields on the left

Except from that i will have some small changes like changeing the backgroud image of the site or making site bigger in font  and such

Would like you to send me a message with your past expiriences and sites you did.. of course dolphin site and would be even better if you did before RTL changing
