Convert Custom Design to PHP Template

Hello,

I am looking for an expert designer to convert my Custom Design to a Dolphin template with custom PHP elements.

My timeline is very aggressive, as I have had some problems with other designer lately.

I am looking to do this project in 2 phases. The first should be the "quick and dirty" phase, to get something online asap.

The second phase will be to perfect the look and feel of the site. And will require lots of programming expertise.

So a good job on phase 1 will guarantee another job.
